Account information

Clerk handles account registration and sign-in. When you sign in with Google or another supported provider, your account may include the name, email address, profile image, and account identifier supplied by that provider. Super Day uses this information to sign you in and associate your planning data with your account.

Google sign-in requests basic identity information. It does not grant this version of Super Day access to your Gmail, Google Drive files, or Google Calendar. Google account information is not included in Agent requests unless you enter it yourself.

Planning data

Super Day stores the tasks, project labels, events, recurring plans, time tracking sessions, and preferences you save. Convex provides the database and backend. Records are associated with your account so the app can show your plans and recorded work across sessions.

Agent requests

When you use Agent, your request and follow-up messages, timezone, and relevant date context are sent to OpenAI to produce a proposed task or event. Agent does not automatically receive your task database. A proposal is saved to your plan only when you confirm it in the app.

Avoid entering information in Agent that you do not want processed by an AI service. OpenAI processes requests under its applicable data handling policies.

Service providers and technical information

Vercel hosts the website, Clerk provides authentication, Convex stores planning data and runs the backend, and OpenAI processes Agent requests. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. This can include technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and security events, subject to their own privacy and retention policies.

Sign-in uses cookies and related browser storage to maintain your session. Blocking this storage may prevent sign-in from working.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can edit or delete tasks and events using the app. Account and planning information is retained to provide the service. To request account or associated data deletion, or ask a privacy question, email geekstache@gmail.com. Provider backups, security logs, and other records may be subject to separate retention requirements and deletion processes.
